Windows - MSTSC Introuvable

Il m'est arrivé cette erreur sur un poste tout neuf :
C:\Windows\system32\<LANG_NAME>\mstsc.exe.MUI
Hum merci Windows ...
Bon clairement le poste sortie d'usine, jamais vu Internet, bref ça sent le sapin.
On réinstalle ?
Ou pas, Microsoft a pensé à tout, même à la petite MAJ qui va bien.
